Bella Vintaj Jewelry is handcrafted in the USA with the finest materials; artisan finished natural brass, a pure metal that is nickel and lead free, Swarovski Crystal, Czech Republic glass, and fresh water pearls. We guarantee all items to be free from manufacturer’s defect. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, variations in length may occur.

We have taken great care to emulate the natural occurrence of patina and shine throughout time. As you wear your Bella Vintaj Jewelry, it will begin to take on an appearance unique to you! This change is intentional and enhances the character of your jewelry. These “love worn values” vary from the luster of antique bronze to the brilliance of rose gold depending on how often you wear it.

Caring for your Bella Vintaj Jewelry

All that is necessary to clean your Bella Vintaj jewelry is a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Because our metals are in a natural state, exposing your jewelry to chemicals such as chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, bleaches, or harsh cleansers can cause a change in crystal coloring or metal oxidation.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no cash returns. Exchanges may be made in the case of manufacturer’s defects, company error, or item not received as expected. In this event, customercare@bellavintaj.com must be notified within 10 business days of receipt. Product must be in new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn or altered in any way. ALL exchanges or returns are handled through Bella Vintaj Customer Care, NOT the individual Bella Representative and must be accompanied by our Return Authorization form.

Order Processing

Orders will normally be shipped within (10) business days of the social closing date. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, longer ship times may occur.

Debit/Credit Card Procedures

Cardholder acknowledges that his/her debit/credit card will be charged prior to actual shipment date of the items purchased. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the expected arrival date.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order without any penalty or obligation, through your Bella Representative, before the social is closed and processed. Once the social is submitted for fulfillment, orders cannot be cancelled. To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact your Bella Representative.

We will repair or replace any item that is damaged by normal wear and tear or accidental breakage. Our policy excludes items that are lost, damaged by obvious detrimental use, or have been altered in any way. Changes in the appearance of the metal color and or finish are part of the nature of the jewelry and are not considered “damage.” Broken Items must be returned for evaluation. All available parts and pieces must be included to ensure proper consideration.

If your Bella Vintaj Jewelry happens to break, don't worry, we understand that these things happen. We stand behind our product quality and will take care of you!

HOW IT WORKS

The customer is responsible for any cost incurred returning the item to Bella Vintaj for replacement or repair. All jewelry will be inspected to determine the proper course of action. This decision will be at the sole discretion of Bella Vintaj. If it is determined that the damage is due to detrimental use, the item will be returned to the customer in the condition received by Bella Vintaj. If the jewelry item needing repair has been discontinued and replacement is not an option, it will be repaired to the best of our ability.

All repair requests should be processed by the customer directly with Bella Vintaj, not the Bella Representative who sold the jewelry. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your items to be repaired and mailed back to you. Please Note: *This repair form must be included along with your jewelry to be repaired.
